Veteran-Owned MRO Parts Supplier Since 1946
Liber Holdings' first acquisition was a Veteran-owned company that was started by the owner's father, Roger Brown, Sr., who was an Naval Engineering Officer in WWII and responsible for inspecting bearings going into military vehicles and machinery for the war effort. Roger Brown, Jr. took over the business in 1970 after serving in Vietnam as an Army engineering officer and led the company until Dale Betz became the owner in August of 2016. The tradition of military service continues as Dale is a West Point graduate who served as an Army Special Forces officer in the Global War on Terror until 2008.
Roger Brown Co - Acquisition
Liber Holdings acquired the Texas-based Roger Brown Co in El Paso, Texas, which was founded in 1946 after Roger Brown, Sr. returned from serving as a Navy engineering officer in WWII.
Liber Industrial - Founded
Liber Industrial was founded in Houston, Texas to support our government sales of DOD MRO parts, janitorial, chemical supplies.
Tooling Components Acquired
Tooling Components, a Distributor of Mold, Die and Polishing Supplies, was founded by Diane Bowes in 1983 near Erie, PA.
Globe Electric Supply - Investment
Liber Holdings and individual investor purchased the stock of Globe Electric Supply Co Inc to grow our market share of government infrastructure projects. Globe is a Houston based company that was formed in 1970 by Edna and Ben Doaudi.
RBC Industrial Rebrand - Founded
RBC Industrial was formed as a rebrand of the Roger Brown Co., but with the same great suppliers and company team.
