Roger Brown Co. is a distributor of power transmission equipment and industrial supplies focused on delivering the best quality products with uncompromising service since 1946 that Liber Holdings purchased in 2016. The company was started by Roger Brown, Sr., who was an Naval Engineering Officer in WWII and responsible for inspecting bearings going into military vehicles and machinery for the war effort. Roger Brown, Jr. took over the business in 1970 after serving in Vietnam as an Army engineering officer and led the company until Dale Betz became the owner in August of 2016. The tradition of military service continues as Dale is a West Point graduate who served as an Army Special Forces officer in the Global War on Terror until 2008.

1946-1968
Roger Brown, Jr.
Served in Vietnam as an Army Officer while commanded a Combat Engineering Platoon. Took over the leadership of the company in 1970. Continues to use his Mechanical Engineering degree from New Mexico State University while leading the sales engineering efforts for the company.

Dale Betz
Served as a Special Forces Officer in Iraq, Afghanistan, and the Philippines after graduating the United States Military Academy and until 2008. Ran manufacturing, engineering, and industrial distribution companies before buying the Roger Brown Co.
